What a fantastic weekend for our gym!! Each competition just seems to get better and better and you all continue to impress every judge, spectator, athlete and coach that sees you perform. We are soooo thrilled with each of your placements!
Embers, great job at your first "real" competition. You guys are so cute and have really picked up your routine quickly! Good job on your stunts and tumbling! Also, your dance and motions were so sharp and together!
Flames, 2nd place out of 5 very tough teams!! :) You guys just get better and better at every competition we attend! You have really worked hard the last few weeks at adding difficulty and it showed! Your energy was so explosive when you hit the mat and we could tell you all were serious about taking home a title. Awesome job on a placement well deserved! :)
Heat, 1st out of 5 excellent teams!!! Yeaaaaa! We've been waiting for this first place and you all really deserved it! After getting 2nd out of 5 great teams at Richmond Battle we knew it was just a matter of time!! Your routine was flawless and I had many people come up and say you all were the BEST JR 2 they have seen. I am so proud of each of you for meshing well together and working as a team. Your dance was amazing!! What a strong finish to an awesome routine! GREAT JOB HEAT!
Blaze, you all seized the oppourtunity to beat a team that beat us at our first competition!!! That means you all have done a great job at improving and are continuing to do so at every practice! You all have soooo much tumbling and stunting in this routine and the level of difficullty is above and beyond. It's about as tough as it can be without being level 4! The opening was the best I've ever seen you do as well as the baskets and jumps. Great job finishing strong!
Inferno, WOW! By far the highest level of difficulty of the day!! Everyone in that arena was shocked to see so much talent on the floor. From the tumbling doubles to basket and stunt doubles, it was amazing!!! Great job on nailing your level 5 pyramid! :) Also, the flips in the first stunt looked great! Way to work hard since last comp to bump your difficulty up a level. We got so many positive comments on your amazing performance! You guys are such a talented group of athletes and I can't wait to see what these next few competitions hold for this team! Congrats also on your FULL PAID bid to US Finals!! Full paid bids to US Finals are not easy to get and we are very proud of you for achieving such a fantastic accomplishment!
Callie, didn't want to forget our only solo of the day! What a way to introduce the judges to Synergy! It was a flawless routine starting with that first standing tuck! As always, your full was absolutely beautiful! Can't wait to see you bring it at Nationals in Ohio!
We also would like to say a HUGE thank you to parents, friends and family for your continued support of SYNERGY. You all are THE BEST and we couldnt do it without you! We had many people compliment our signs, routines, and overall great vibe from our program. SYNERGY rocked North Carolina! Now, lets take this positive energy to Columbus and show everyone who truely is the BEST around!! :)

Synergy Families, It was a great SYNERGY Sunday in Richmond! Four NAILED routines!!!!!! Congratulations! It was so awesome to see our athletes giving 110% and working together to make EVERY stunt stick! All of these routines really push our athletes to the limit and our additional 4 US FINALS bids prove it! Find your placements to be a great accomplishment considering the caliber of teams that you were up against and also that each Synergy team was less than a point from a first place finish, a truly amazing accomplishment! We still have most of our season left so for you to be doing so fantastic this early on is something to be proud of, and the best is still yet to come! You all received some really complimentary comments from other teams & coaches, random spectators, as well as judges (lots of 9.5's and 10's!!). Its great to hear these big name gyms saying you guys rocked and are consistently good every time they see us. Thanks to everyone for working together to make this our best competition yet! We are so proud of you!

What a great start to our 2009-10 competition season! The Mardi Gras theme was so much fun and Im glad we all had a blast!! Congrats to everyone on, yet another, SPIRIT AWARD!!! You guys ROCK!!!
Athletes, each team had a great showing and with many competitive teams there, we really held our own. You guys got the job done and came away with more trophies and banners to decorate our gym! FANTASTIC job working together as a team when last minute changes needed to be made. No one even noticed and thats what great teamwork is about! You all were so encouraging to your teammates and also other programs. I appreciate the good sportsmanship and hard work everyone put into making this weekend truly awesome! Although many of these North Carolina teams had never seen us before we received tons of compliments on everything from our uniforms and makeup to the creative routines and level of difficutly! You all really did SHINE this weekend! And this is just the beginning! Now lets get pumped up and polish our routines even more for our upcoming events and continue to show the cheer world that we are THE BEST!!

What a night!! Our athlete exhibition turned into a WONDERFUL oppourtunity for our kids to do their routines in front of a large crowd! Every team did a fantastic job and we are READY TO WIN in charlotte at the first competition! We would like to say THANKS to our athletes who have worked so hard over the last few months to make our program the VERY BEST around. You all are untouchable and are going to be unbelievably competitive this year.
Embers, you guys did a great job with just learning your portions that you showed tonight. Its great to see this team growing and the girls learning so much! Deffinitly a fan favorite for being so cute!!
Flames, Way to NAIL it!! You all have learned so much and really come together as a team over the past few months. Its great to see kids that are OBSESSED with the sport, working together and making their routine SHINE! Everyone of you had such gorgeous smiles tonight and that comes from genuinly having fun. :)
Heat, ROCKED IT OUT!!! Awesome, awesome job! Your stunts and tumblling was phenomenal! I know you all will DOMINATE this season!
Blaze, Im so proud of you all going from a small to large division in just a month. The choreography is amazing and so fun to watch! Great job keeping your girls in the air and your dance and ending is soooo explosive! I cant leave out the sheer perfection of the basket sequence....Yall gettin hit with the SYNERGY!! :)
INFERNO, WOW! I think everyone in the gym was blown away by your routine! From the tumbling doubles to stunting doubles it was so impressive! Thanks to Coach Alex for steppin in to fly the pyramid since Morgan S was representing her school tonight! (congrats morgan!!) As always, your dance was great!! We are so proud of how far this team has come and are super excited to have you represent the gym as our highest level team. You all have set the bar HIGH for anyone trying to compete!
Family and friends, Thanks so much for coming to support your STAR athletes tonight! (special thanks to Jeff B. for being our announcer!) We couldnt do it without your dedication to our SYNERGY FAMILY. Its amazing to see the continued support of all families, new and old. I think tonight was a great reminder of why we do what we do...to see our kids have fun and succeed in this sport. There is no question about it....SYNERGY is simply the BEST!

Synergy Athletes, Wow! You guys have all had a busy week getting the finishing touches on your routines! Awesome job working together and proving that SYNERGY is the place to be! You all are such talented athletes and are building skills with each practice! We want to welcome our new members that have joined from local middle and high schools as well as our new youth and minis! Great job learning new things and picking up your choreography quickly. We also want to say GOOD LUCK to our high school girls and guys as your competitions start in the next few weeks. Your SYNERGY family will be supporting you all the way! Thanks to all of our SYNERGY parents for your hard work so far this season! You guys are key in making our gym a success and we appreciate your dedication. Synergy Heat, Blaze and Inferno, great job learning your choreography over the weekend! Your routines are going to be fabulous and one of a kind! Make sure that you are working on your dance and cheer at home so we can put it all together at practice when we come back from 4th of July break. You guys are so talented and its awesome to see everyone picking up new tumbling skills. Congratulations to Inferno for having full team tumbling!! Blaze and Heat are not far from this goal either! To all the other Synergy teams, I am so excited to see your routines come together in July! Keep coming to tumbling classes and working your jumps and conditioning at home! You guys rock!!

Hey Synergy, words can't express how proud I am of our teams! Your talent really shined through in VA Beach! I was filled with such excitement everytime you guys took the floor! I can't believe the high energy you guys radiated out there! Ooh and lets not forget how well you guys worked it! You all received so many compliments, not only from the judges but from other spectators and athletes.... they absolutely loved you guys, but who could blame them! And I know you guys exhibited great sportsmanship in return which impressed me most of all =)
Tinys, you guys are the absolute cutest things ever! You have made drastic improvement since the beginning of the season! Ya'll have worked so hard and I enjoy watching you guys do your thing! You lil ones are blossoming so much, love to see your adorable faces! Nice Job!
Minis, 3 words ....NATIONAL CHAMPS BABY! Congrats! This team has pulled together and improved so much even with all the new changes! You discovered just how talented you little ones truly are! I' m so pleased to see all the new skills (tumbling) you guys have picked up, it really beefed up your routine! We have done well all season but I'm so glad you finally got the recognition you deserve. We have been through alot . See what happens when you perservere, continue to work hard and not give up? You get rewarded and nothing's better than getting a national level title! Minis, y'all are on fire! All I have to say is nothing but UHHH-MAZING ladies!
Youth, talk about a phenomenal performance! You guys nailed everything which was so awesome for you guys being a fairly new team. Your skills have advanced at warp speed. All your hard work really shows! It pumped me up watching you guys rock out. Seeing you guys work so well together as a team is what I enjoy most about coaching you guys! Your first stunt....what else can I say but PERFECTION! Fabulous job!
Juniors, I can't take my eyes off of you guys when you perform. You have a routine packed full of energy and excitement! Your stunts have become so much more solid, your tumbling is just flawless and your facials were amazing too! It it so exciting to see all your hard work pay off! Excellent job!
Seniors, WOW! What can I say, you guys dominated that floor! Your entire routine is by far the most difficult and you need to recognize just how great you guys truly are! I am always taken aback when I see you all perform. We as coaches are reminded everytime we see you of just how much talent we really have in this program! I am super proud of you guys and you always pull it off even when you don't think you can! Y'all are fierce! Keep that confidence up. We believe in you....We are your biggest fans! Job well done!
Burnouts, last competition of this season =( but hail to the very best parent team ever! We have worked super hard and took it to the next level even with a small number of people! Nothing can stop us from being fabulous! I love that we all worked so well together and mastered so many difficult skills! I so look forward to next season! The kids get so excited watching us perform, so thanks to you guys for participating! What a blast this year has been! Great job!
All the athletes who performed individuals, its always a pleasure watching you guys perform and represent Synergy like you do! I give you guys so much credit for the courage and confidence that you possess. It isnt easy going out there and performing alone. Its' all about the experience and letting your own personality unfold! Its such a thrill watching how talented you ladies are! Superb job!
Last but not least, Parents... thanks so much for your continual support of our program and for allowing us to work with your amazing athletes. We know how much time this consumes for you and I know we don't say it enough, but we appreciate your involvement and consistent encouragement and dedication to this! We enjoy working with each and every one of you. Your excitement really gets the kids hyped up because you are an awesome spirited bunch! Kudos to all the accessories! Y'all look fantastic! We always get complimented so much! Again, huge thanks!

Everyone, lets keep up the hard work in our last week of preparation for yet another national competition! Synergy, I just wanted to congratulate everyone on ourstanding performances in Va beach! It was our biggest competition yet and a great preparation for the degree of competition we will have next week in Ohio. All teams stayed focused through 2 days of competition and we are soooo proud of each team. Burnouts did a great job with a flawless routine! Sparks, to be so young and performing in the spotlight with such a large audience you guys really proved your talent and skill! Embers, 1st place NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!! Fantastic job showing off your routine and energy! Flames, Way to go, nailing your routine both days!! You all have improved so much since day one and I am proud of the teamwork and effort you guys put forth to make your routine awesome! Blaze, great job incorporating the new people and helping them learn this amazing routine. The stunts and tumbling looked sooo good and the judges enjoyed your energy and smiles. Heat, you guys never cease to amaze me! Way to work your dance at the end of the routine! Also, great job working together over the last few practices to really max out your points for our next nationals. All teams have made massive improvements over the last few weeks and are doing a great job preparing yourselves for another national competition. Lets get fired up for OHIO!!

Synergy Athletes, You guys did a FANTASTIC job last weekend in Richmond! It was a long day with so many team participating, but you all stayed focused and positive and showed off your talent! Big congrats to all the teams and also to the fans for the MOST SPIRITED award once again! Tinys, Embers and Flames, you all have had more competition than the older teams this year and have made many improvements after each competition! Congratulations on your placements this weekend! Blaze, way to go winning the Junior Large 1st place trophy at only your second competition in this division!! Great job to our Heat team as well for not only taking the first place trophy home but also for scoring higher than any level 4 team at this huge competition!! Competition was fierce but you both still prevailed! The banner, metals, t-shirts and trophies are something to remind everyone of the hard work we have put into this season! Awesome job to all of our teams including Burnouts!! We finally had some competition in our Parent Team division! They were also really good but we still managed to come out on top! Thanks to all the parents for your continued support of each team, your children and our outstanding program! I cant wait to see everyone compete at our next 2 national competitions!! Keep working hard at home and in the gym and it will continue to pay off at competition!

Synergy athletes and fans, Once again, I am totally impressed with our performances in Richmond. With so many tough teams, we definitely showed what we are made of and wowed the crowd! Seniors, way to go! Grand Champions AGAIN! Juniors, you all were almost flawless and we had several compliments from other teams who thought you rocked! It's obvious why you all won 1st place. Burnouts, we did an awesome job! Everything hit and I am so impressed with our 1st place win! Synergy, WOW!!! What a weekend! All teams did AMAZING!!! It was awesome to watch you guys go out there with confidence and sooo much spirit! You all really focused on the things we went over during practice and it paid off! Your coaches are so proud of each and every team for great routines and your trophies and banners prove it!
Tinys- Your routine was soooo good! You guys did a great job of knowing your spots and being cute as always! Ray and Emily, I couldnt be more proud of the 2 of you. Great job keeping your girls positive and being the motivating coaches that you are!
Minis- Awesome awesome job on the tight transitions and keeping your jumps together. Like they said at competition "it was a very close score between 1st and 2nd". You all had a clean routine and made us very proud!!
Youth- 1st place National Champions!!! YAY!! You guys really deserved it. Im so proud of you all for bumping up the difficulty and nailing your routine! Congratulations!!

Senior- LEVEL 4 GRAND CHAMPIONS, ULTIMATE GRAND CHAMPS and BEST DANCE!! I am so proud of you guys for coming such a long way this season. The judges loved your routine and of course it was the BEST of the day! You guys are great!!! Congratulations!!
Synergy Fans - MOST SPIRITED AWARD!! Thanks so much for your support and spirit Saturday. Our teams do great when they see you all in the stands cheering them on. Great job raising the energy level of the entire competition and really standing out from the other supporters! We couldnt do it without you guys!

Synergy Family, I am completely impressed with everyone's performances Saturday! The dances definitely rocked and the routines looked clean and together. I loved the high energy level, too. Synergy Athletes, What a great showing in Richmond on Sunday! You guys did a awesome job of nailing your stunts and really working together to make everything hit. It was a long day and everytime Synergy took the mat we proved our greatness. Now that we have the first competition, as an entire gym, under our belts we can really focus on the rest of our competition season and being the best we can be. You all have worked so hard and it showed in your perfomances. Thank you for your sportsmanship and encouragement off the mat as well. You guys showed your respect for each other and other teams and that is a very important part of being an athlete. Parents, thank you for your support of your children and Synergy. We couldnt do it without you guys! Overall, Sunday was an outstanding day for our Synergy family and a great way to kick off the competition season!

Embers and Flames, you all did an outstanding job today at competition! I am so proud of each of you for the accomplishments you all have made as individuals, but also as teams. Both teams have come so far since the beginning of the season and I'm so excited that you guys kicked off our Synergy competition season in such a great way! It was awesome to hear the excitement in the crowd as both teams nailed every stunt and pyramid!! Congratulations girls! You deserve it!

Synergy Juniors and Seniors~ This weekend was such an exciting few days! I am so impressed with the talent and hard work that we saw during choreography! The team work and great attitudes really show..... even Mark noticed and commented to you all how great he thought your teams will be this season if you keep up the hard work and teamwork. I can not wait to see how awesome the routines are when we perfect them! Remember to keep practicing everything you have learned at home so you will be ready to go when we practice this week.
